Special Skills
Simon is an expert editor of both the written word and television. In his 32-year career, he has worked in television for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, theatre for the Royal Opera House education department, plus as a columnist for Reach newspaper group PLC on the Sentinel newspaper, and published over a dozen books of his own, whilst editing another 40. Simon is currently writing a stage musical of his successful publication Betty's War. He also gives his time as a Trustee of a small multi-academy trust in Warwickshire and the First Note Music Trust, which encourages young people to take their first steps in music, writing and performance.
